Mexico in Autumn (September to November)

Chiles en Nogada is a hash consisting of a mixture of meat and dried fruit, which is covered in walnut sauce and garnished with pomegranate seeds and parsley. You must try this one!

Things to know before the visit – Since it’s off season, you’ll be able to enjoy the serenity and calm of this cultural city. Fewer crowds, shorter queues and more attentive service is to be expected. As there are fewer families traveling with children, it's an amazing time to plan an adults-only getaway. Tips – It is advisable to account for varying climatic conditions, much like the other seasons would caution. Although the wet season will have started to diminish, you must pack some rain gear! Mexico in Winter (December to February) 

Temperature – The air temperature during the season of winter fluctuates between 5°C and 23°C.

While cities such as San Cristobal de las Casas get quite cold, the beachy regions are sunshine friendly.
