Dubai has some of the best malls. Be it the Dubai Mall, the Mall of Emirates or the souks that are spread across. These malls are filled with designer stores, retail outlets and souvenir shops that cater to each and every one of their patrons.
If you like to indulge in some street shopping, there are many pop up flea markets across Dubai that will hold your interest. The Ripe Food & Craft Market sells organic foods, local handicrafts, jewellery. There is also the Designer’s Pop Up Market that sells items of local designers. You also get a chance to speak to the designers themselves. The WAFI Bazaar is set up every 3rd Saturday of the month, where more than 50 vendors set up stalls and sell ceramics, vintage handicrafts, clothes etc.
Timings: Pop up markets open on specific days. Most of them have a Facebook page or a website where you check the timings.
Pro Tip: If you do not want to go into a mall to buy small items, these markets are the place to be.
