- Hotels from comparative quote have to be of the same category i.e 3 / 4 /5 star etc and have to be in the same / similar area.
- Travel period has to be around the same travel period with a maximum 4 days difference before or after the said date for which the customer has bought the package from Thomas Cook India Ltd.. Eg, if we give a quote for May departure, one cannot present a comparative quote for March departure for same product.
