Ambenali Ghat

This is primarily a mountain pass in Maharashtra that cuts significantly across the ranges of Western Ghats. It connects the Satara District region on the Deccan plateau to the coastal Raigad District and Konkan region. It is among the very few linking roads between Ghatmaatha and Konkan in the Indian state of Maharashtra. The place is a must see as here you can witness the enormity of the vast mountains.
