Dishes In Kruger National Park

There are quite a few dishes that are original to this area and if you eat in the restaurants in the camps you are likely to find them quite often. Some of the top dishes include sausages made from wart hogs, springbok tenderloin, ostrich steak, and biltong, which is made of a variety of game meats, including elephant, zebra and kudu. Trying any of these traditional dishes is something that should be done at least once, but if you are conscious about what you are eating you shouldn't ask before hand, but ask after you finish eating, so that it doesn't put you off your food.
