We have a very ambitious agenda for its development, which will involve a greater level of co-operation with the rest of the Group’s international business.

Mr. Udayan Bose said, “With Thomas Cook Group plc owning close to 80% of the Indian company’s stock, it is only correct that one of the shareholder’s representatives should more closely manage the destiny of this very successful Indian subsidiary. These three and a half years have been very exciting with one acquisition and then one merger which both integrated very successfully. The company is now very robust and in the hands of an excellent management team”
