Dishes In Granada

The dishes of Granada have been influenced by various different cuisines from Arabia, east to Mediterranean and west to the Atlantic.Anise and cinnamon are used to flavour pastries and desserts which show the influence of Arab taste. Granadians have access to a variety of seafood. The iconic dish of Spain, Paella, is made from shellfish and spicy chorizo sausages.
