There several small restaurants in Solang offering mostly Indian, South-Indian, Chinese, Italian and Tibetan dishes. You get excellent red rice, which is grown locally in the dhabas of Solang and is very tasty. Also try fish curry made with the local trout fish from the nearby rivers, or the vegetarian thali called Dham, which is very popular in the region.
