Hulunbuir Grasslands In Mongolia

This is considered as one of the three best grasslands in the entire world and is located in the north-eastern part of Inner Mongolia. There are two lakes called Hulun and Buir from which the grassland acquires its name. The beautiful grassland landscape changes with changing seasons but is perhaps most beautiful between May to August when it is dotted with colorful flowers and birds with cattle grazing all around. Tourists can take part in activities like camelback and horseback riding or also watch Mongolian style wrestling and local horse racing.
