Any member of general public who is an Adult resident Indian may participate in
this “Travel Reward” program by purchasing/remitting foreign exchange for the
purpose of Basic Travel Quota, Study Abroad and Maintenance of close relatives
Any customer of Thomas Cook India (TCIL) purchasing Foreign Currency will be
eligible to earn Thomas Cook Travel rewards in the form of Thomas Cook Edge
points ( Reward points)) basis the purchase value as mentioned in the below
grid:

- • A customer purchasing Forex will be entitled to travel rewards against their
registered mobile number. Customer will be eligible for reward points on not
more than 2 transactions during the Program Period.
- • "Program Period" shall mean the period commencing from 25 June 2025 to 30th
September 2025 (both days inclusive), during which the offer can be availed by
customer,if foreign exchange is purchased/remitted under the Travel Reward
program.
- • Offer is valid for foreign exchange purchased by customers for the purpose of
Basic Travel Quota, Study Abroad and Maintenance of close relatives only.
- • Offer is not valid for Forex purchases made for Business Travel Purposes,
encashments or any other purpose except for the purpose as mentioned above.
- • Forex transactions undertaken for Leisure Travel Tour component and transactions at airport counters will not be part of this program.
- • By participating in this offer, customers participating are deemed to fully and
unconditionally agree and accept to abide by these Terms and Conditions
available given on www.thomascook.in/conditions ("Company Website") as well
as the decisions of TCIL, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to
the Program.
- • TCIL reserves the right to change, defer, alter or cancel this Program in part or
full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without
giving prior intimation/notice or consent of any kind and hereby disclaim any
consequences or liability arising. Any decision of TCIL on the Edge Point earned
and/or in general with respect to this Program and/or the terms and conditions
thereto shall be final and binding on the Customer.
- • Reward point shall be credited to eligible customers within 15 days of
transactions in their Thomas Cook Edge account, by which eligible customers will
be deemed to fully and unconditionally agree and accept to abide the terms of
conditions of Thomas Cook Edge loyalty membership.
- • Reward points credited in the name of the customer and are not transferable. It is
mandatory for customer to provide correct own mobile number in order to avail
the reward point credits. Customer shall stand disqualified from the Travel
Reward program if the mobile number declared by the customer is incorrect or if
the same belongs to a third party
- • Reward points shall be valid for 18 months from date of credit. The customer
shall be mandatorily required to redeem the Edge Points as per the category and
in proportion to the amounts as notified herein below

- • Best Price Guarantee is valid only on the purchase of Forex cards of Thomas
Cook.
- • The offer is valid only for the same comparable product and amount for the same
city or location.
- • Price comparisons are restricted to other online forex websites/ apps of the
authorized money changer only; offline quotes shall not be considered.
- • These terms and conditions shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the
Courts, at Mumbai.
Your participation in the Travel Reward program is voluntary and you having
voluntarily participated in the Travel Reward Program, it shall be construed as
your unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these terms and conditions
which shall be final and binding upon you
