This promotional offer (“Offer”) is brought to you by Thomas Cook (India) Ltd. (“TCIL”) in partnership with Uber India Systems Pvt. Ltd. (“Uber”). By participating in this offer, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:
Offer Details:
- • Promo 1: Customers who make a first-time load of USD 1000 (or equivalent in other currencies) or more in a single transaction on their Study Buddy Card will receive a ₹500 Uber discount voucher.
- • Promo 2: Customers who make a first-time load of USD 2000 (or equivalent) or more in a single transaction on their Study Buddy Card will receive a ₹1000 Uber discount voucher.
- • The voucher is valid only for Uber rides to international airports within India booked via the Uber mobile app.
- • This offer is valid until 15th Sept 2025
Voucher Issuance & Usage:
- • Eligible customers will receive their Uber voucher within 3 business days of successful transaction verification by TCIL.
- • The voucher will be issued to the Uber account linked to the mobile number or email address provided at the time of card load.
- • Customers will receive the voucher details via SMS, email, and the Uber app.
- • The voucher will offer a discount of up to ₹500 or ₹1000 depending on the qualifying load. Any fare exceeding the voucher amount must be paid by the customer.
- • The voucher is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance and must be redeemed within that period as visible in the Uber app.
- • This is a one-time use voucher. Any unused balance cannot be carried forward or reused for another trip.
- • Only one voucher per eligible customer will be issued under this offer.
Other Terms:
- • The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- • In case of ride cancellations or no-shows, the voucher may be forfeited and will not be reissued.
- • For issues related to voucher redemption, app visibility, or technical errors, customers must contact Uber at business-support@uber.com
- • TCIL and/or Uber reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the offer without prior notice in the event of:
- • Suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse
- • Violation of offer terms
- • Technical or system-related issues
- • TCIL is not responsible for service disruptions or issues within the Uber platform
- • In case of any disputes, the decision of TCIL and Uber shall be final and binding.
