Coco Rouge: Though mainly a take away road side restaurant, with very few seating arrangements, the Coco Rouge has carved a niche in the gastronomic world due to its authentic Creole dishes. On Fridays and Saturdays they do barbeque. It’s one of those very few places where you get bat curry and the best barbeque pork in Praslin.
