The peace memorial is a haunting reminder of the ill-fated past of the city of Hiroshima. Since the end of the world war, tremendous effort has been invested in rebuilding this great city. The resilience if the city and its citizen is remarkable. Many monuments that were destroyed such as the Shukkeien Garde and Hiroshima caste have since been reconstructed. The Peace Memorial Park has commemorated the ill fates incidence and the lost lives.

How to reach: You can take the tram from Hiroshima Station to Ganbaku Domu Stop. From there you can visit all sites on foot.
Approximate Cost: Entry Fees is approx. INR 25 per person and entry is limited to 30 minutes only.
Operating hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm.
