The Ignace Bourget Monument is a tombstone of Louis-Philippe Hébert situated in front of Mary, Queen of the Globe Cathedral in Montreal. The tombstone was build in remembrance of Bishop Ignace Bourget was revealed on 24thJune 1903, opposite, the model of St. Peter's Basilica in Rome, that he had constructed. A bas-relief displays the bishop learning about the plans for the building. Two allegorical statues stand for Charity and Religion. It was put up by both clergy as well as faithful, which lend a hand of $25,000. Louis-Philippe Hébert made the sculptures along with the bas-reliefs.
