Flea markets: The Spanish flea markets constitute a major part of every Spanish holiday and there are many flea markets in Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Valencia, and Granada. "El Rastro" is the largest open-air flea market in Madrid and attracts a huge number of locals as well as tourists. Mercadillo de Alameda of Seville, Los Encantes and Glories Plaza in Barcelona and Plaza Larga Market in Granada are some of the best-known flea markets in Spain.

Departmental stores: Madrid and Barcelona, as well as the other Spanish cities, have departmental stores and shopping malls and you can spend some wonderful time shopping there. El Corte Inglés is the largest departmental store in Barcelona. CC La Vaguada and FNAC are two shopping malls in Madrid those are extremely popular among tourists.
