In Cameroon there are several ceremonies and events which offer an insight into the music and art of this society. In these events, you will find that there are several performances, often led by the male member of the society. These performances include masked dancing and beating of the drums. These rhythms are often accompanied by the clapping of hands and thumping of feet.
