How to reach Himachal Pradesh

Since Himachal Pradesh is a hilly region, it is quite tedious to lay railway tracks and operate trains. There are both private buses and Himachal government run buses that will take you to your destination. While private buses are more reliable and expensive, you can prefer the government buses priced at around Rs. 400 to Rs. 600 if you’re traveling on a shoe string budget. All the buses go via Punjab and Chandigarh to Himachal. If you’re driving by yourself from New Delhi, that’s the ideal route you should take as well. Also, if you plan to take a car, we suggest you reach Himachal and then hire cab services as it will turn out to be less expensive. How to reach Himachal Pradesh
