Located on the shores of Lake Como, the area’s unique geographical position in Northern Italy is home to its own unique microclimate. The result is relatively mild weather throughout the year. Summers are warm but yet never particularly rainy or overly humid, with thunderstorms frequent from June to August, while the winters are generally brisk without ever being truly cold. There is occasional snow between December and February, but it melts quickly and it is possible to have mild sunny days, ideal for hiking, even in the middle of winter. The ideal time to visit would be in the months of June to September.
