Travellers make it to this Bear Country between late May and early September. It is during this time that the weather is warm and you will find that the animals move out from their winter hibernation and are more active. The park takes on the seasonal colours, having shed its winter browns. You may decide for your travel to Denali depending on what colour landscape in Denali you would prefer, as this tourist destination takes on array of colours and hues during summer time. Also, you can best view the wildlife during summers as the days are clearer and afternoons are warm. Do you wish to see the Northern Lights then you have to be here during fall when the temperature is cooler.
