How To Reach Alexandria 

By Sea

A weekly passenger ship is run from Venice to Alexandria, which is very comfortable with amazing view to the water bodies and the habitants. It takes around four days to reach Alexandria. It starts on Wednesday and reached on the consecutive Sunday.

By Air

The Borg el Arab airport of Alexandria has flights reaching out to all the main destinations like Athens, Istanbul and Beyrouth.

By Train

From the station at Cairo, it is supposedly the best route to reach Alexandria. The trains run every hour and one should prefer travelling in either an expressway or the pride of the Egyptian railways which takes around two hours to reach the destination. Other trains can delay the time.

By Bus

A good amount of bus services provide buses to Alexandria. The buses are comfortable and air conditioned. They even have the trollies in them. There are numerous companies whose working times differ from each other. There are buses from Cairo to Alexandria and vice versa, almost every hour of the day until midnight.
