By Road
The best way to reach Aphrodisias by road is by using a dolmush (shared van) and to arrange for that you can ask the hotel or any of the bus companies to arrange one for you. In winter, there are lesser buses that ply, therefore check with the hotel the evening before. The dolmushes stays at the site for three hours which is enough to view the place thoroughly. Alternatively, you can also patch together minibuses from Nazili or take the direct bus from Denizli. If you want to book your own car, then you have to arrive at Nazili and take road D585 to reach Aphrodisias.The other option to reach Aphrodisias is by hitchhiking and you can start early from Fethive and hitch to the site via Mugla and Tavas.
