How to Reach danang

The Re-Unification Express makes a stop at Danang. It is better to arrive at Danang during the day as there is a plethora of transportation available, but during the night you are left at the mercy of whatever transportation is left. Also keep in mind, that the train timings are loosely followed.

Danang International Airport is the smallest of the three international airports in Vietnam. Along with frequent flights to Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, there is domestic service between Buon Ma Thuot,HaiPhong, Da Lat,Pleiku and NhaTrang. There are international flights available from Guangzhou, Taipei, Seoul-Incheon, Kuala Lumpur, Siem Reap, Singapore, Shanghai-Pudongand Tokyo-Narita.The airport is located at stones-throw distance from the centre of Danang, 3 kms south-west within the city.

The popular bus service Sinh Cafe makes a stop at Hoi An, about 30 kms from Danang. From there you can take taxis or motorbikes to reach the city, although given the distance, taxis would be a safer option. There are also local buses available from Hoi An to Danang.
