How to Reach florence

By Air

You can reach Florence’s Amerigo Vespucci international airport through a number of European and continental airlines. The airport is connected to European cities like Munich, Frankfurt, Barcelona and Amsterdam. It is well connected to the city by taxi and bus. Nearby airports like Bologna and Pisa’s Galileo Galilei are ideal if you opt for low cost flights. Florence and Pisa airport are well connected as well.

By Train

You can reach Florence from nearly all major cities of Italy through high speed train network. Overnight trains from France and some German cities like Munich to Florence are available. Most of the trains arrive at Firenze Santa Maria Novella which is the major station.
