Kuwait Towers is a chain of three towers which are a major landmark in the country. The main tower has two giant spheres; the lower sphere is a huge water tank while the upper sphere has a lounge, a café and a revolving restaurant. The view from up there is most spectacular. The second tower has one sphere which is a water tank, the third tower has no spheres and instead illuminates the other two towers and the area. The surroundings of the towers are very nice and has beautiful gardens.


This is an interesting place to spend time with the kids. The huge area has both indoor and outdoor rides and activities. Besides games, rides and fun zones, this amusement arena has a flight simulator which the kids will surely love.


The place is owned by Madam Lidia Al Qattan, the widow of Late KhalifaQattan. The mirror and mosaic art works are displayed and decorated here. Madam Lida is an excellent host, her hospitality and warm welcome makes a trip to the House of mirrors memorable.


This a small museum and is housed in a beautiful traditional Kuwaiti home. Among the number of activities there are classes to learn the traditional weaving taught by Bedoiun women. Well worth a visit when in Kuwait.


Kuwait has some very beautiful parks and gardens. The Al Shab garden is an interesting amusement park in Kuwait city. It has innumerable games and rides to choose from and a visitor is spoilt for choices out here. The touristic garden located in Jleeb Al Shyoukh is another tourist attraction with exotic flowers and huge palm trees all over.


It takes about 45 minutes to reach this small inhabited island. You can hire a yacht or speed boat for KuwaitCity to reach KobarIsland. Water and beaches here are clear and clean. This calm and peaceful place is good for swimming, scuba diving and picnics. Bird watcher can spot a good number of migratory birds here.
