There is no outbreak of Corona Virus in Kerala or India and it’s completely normal.The Health Department is well equipped to handle that.

There has been 3 cases wherein students who have come from China have been kept in the hospital isolation ward for detailed observation and treatment. As per the Health Department, their condition is stable.
4)Why has a State Calamity been declared in Kerala.
This is a proactive step and the objective of the health Department is to increase the awareness and alertness levels amongst all and thereby contain unnecessary panic. Awareness centres and awareness classes have been intensified in all Districts in Kerala and hence it’s been declared as a State calamity. There is nothing to be scared of. Everything is normal, safe and in total control.
5)What about the Keralites coming back to Kerala from China.
All Keralites from China who have come back home to Kerala - as a proactive measure they have been quarantined and some of them have been kept in observation in hospitals and others under observation in homes. This is a proactive step by the Health officials to observe them closely. It’s all quite normal and safe and there is nothing to be worried about. Alertness and Awareness is the key and therefore the health department is driving these awareness and alertness sessions intensively so that unnecessary panic could be avoided.
