Jungfraujoch

Also known as the Top of Europe is one of the most scenic destinations in Switzerland. From the valleys of Interlaken, you will be transported to a fairytale of sorts of a place on a cogwheel train to an altitude of over 3,500 meters above sea levels. Nestled between the mountains of Jungfrau and Monch, the place is really something that will make you feel top of the world. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the destination is only accessible by cogwheel trains and the railway station is the highest station in Europe. Once top, you get to see blissful panoramic views of the Bernese Alps and indulge in a lot of activities like the Ice Palace, an observatory known as the Sphinx, view the Grosser Aletsch Glacier, go sledging and snowshoeing, learn about Swiss chocolates at the Lindt Swiss Chocolate Haven and hike to the Monchsjoch glacier.
