· The Lounge service is available only at select international airports in India.
· Thomas Cook team will place the request and you will get the voucher with scanning code (to be scanned at the Airport Lounge) on the registered email id.
· Please note that the service inclusions/service locations may be subject to change if there are updates from the Service Providers or Airport Authorities.

How to Avail the Offer?
· Users must first redeem (save) the coupon displayed on the co-branded campaign page.
· Once redeemed, the promo code will be automatically available at the payment gateway and in the user’s Klook account.
· Change the Payment currency to your card currency. Transactions performed in INR currency with get declined.
· The promo code must be applied at checkout to avail of the discount.
· Only transactions made using the Borderless Travel Card are eligible for this discount.
· The offer is applicable exclusively through the designated Klook campaign link.
· Any bookings, cancellations or’ modifications of bookings will be subject to Klook's policies.

· A minimum transaction value of USD 100 equivalent is required for Point-of-Sale (POS) or e-commerce transactions to earn reward points. ATM withdrawals are not applicable.
· Earn 20 points for every USD 100 equivalent spent, with a maximum of 500 points per transaction.
· A maximum of 500 reward points can be earned per day.

· Reward points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
· Points are subject to expiry as per Thomas Cook’s reward program policies.
· Valid on Forex purchases exclusively across Thomas Cook Branches and thomascook.in Website.

· A minimum forex card load/ fresh trip reload value of USD 500 equivalent is required to qualify for the free SIM card.
· E-SIM card requests must be placed at least 7 days prior to the travel date. · To avail of this benefit, email your request to borderlesstravel@thomascook.in with below documents:
o Copy of First & last pages of passport
o Visa copy
o E-Ticket copy.
· This benefit is exclusively for the cardholder.
· Cardholders are entitled to one complimentary SIM Card per international departure from India for one country

· Cardholders are entitled to one complimentary ATM withdrawal per calendar month.
· The month is defined as per the calendar and ends at 23:00 hours IST on the last day of the respective month.
· Post Free ATM withdrawal, standard charges apply. Please refer table of Fees & charges.

· Emergency Cash Assistance is available for lost or stolen cards when travelling abroad
