· A minimum forex card load value of USD 2500 equivalent is required to be eligible.
· This benefit is exclusively for the cardholder.
· Cardholders are entitled to one complimentary lounge visit per international departure from India.
· A maximum of four lounge visits can be availed per card per calendar year.
· Lounge Access requests must be placed at least 7 days prior to the travel date · To avail of this benefit, email your request to studybuddy@thomascook.in
· The Lounge service is available only at select international airports in India.
· Thomas Cook team will place the request and you will get the voucher with scanning code (to be scanned at the Airport Lounge) on the registered email id.
· Please note that the service inclusions/service locations may be subject to change if there are updates from the Service Providers or Airport Authorities

· Access discounts and offers at 60,000+ brands with Free International Student Identity Card (ISIC)
· This benefit is exclusively for the cardholder.
· ISIC Card requests must be placed at least 7 days prior to the travel date.
· Redeem your free ISIC Card by entering the first 8 digits of your Study Buddy Card in the voucher code section:

- Mastercard Cardholders: https://isic.co.in/campaign/thomas-cook-mastercard
· Alternatively, you can send your request to studybuddy@thomascook.in
· The digital ISIC card will be valid for one year. To renew the card, please contact ISIC Team

· Load a minimum of USD 500 (or equivalent) onto your forex card.
· Request your e-SIM at least 7 days before your departure date.
· This benefit is valid only for the forex cardholder.
· Each cardholder is entitled to one complimentary SIM per international departure from India, for a single destination country.
· Coverage Destinations:
· Available for travel to: Spain • USA • UK • France • Germany • Australia · https://www.uniconnect.in/thomascook/ to select your destination and request your e-SIM.
· Visiting Other Countries?
· No worries — email us at studybuddy@thomascook.in with the following documents to request an e-SIM:
- Copy of the first and last pages of your passport
- Visa copy
- E-ticket copy

· Cardholders are entitled to one complimentary ATM withdrawal per calendar month.
· The month is defined as per the calendar and ends at 23:00 hours IST on the last day of the respective month.

· You are eligible for one replacement card for six months from the date of activation. Additional fees may apply if more than one card replacement is required.
· To send your Card replacement request when abroad, email us at travelcards@thomascook.in
· The TAT of replacement of card is 12-15 days.
· If you are in India, kindly replace your card at the closest Thomas Cook branch or partner location.
