· A minimum forex card load value of USD 2,500 equivalent is required to be eligible.
· This benefit is exclusively for the cardholder.
· Cardholders are entitled to one complimentary lounge visit per international departure from India.
· A maximum of four lounge visits can be availed per card per calendar year.
· Lounge Access requests must be placed at least 7 days prior to the travel date · To avail of this benefit, email your request to enterprisefx@thomascook.in
· The Lounge service is available only at select international airports in India.
· Thomas Cook team will place the request and you will get the voucher with scanning code (to be scanned at the Airport Lounge) on the registered email id.
· Please note that the service inclusions/service locations may be subject to change if there are updates from the Service Providers or Airport Authorities.

· A minimum transaction value of USD 100 equivalent is required for Point-of-Sale (POS) or e-commerce transactions to earn reward points. ATM withdrawals are not applicable.
· Earn 20 points for every USD 100 equivalent spent, with a maximum of 500 points per transaction.
· A maximum of 500 reward points can be earned per day.
· Points can be redeemed as follows:
- 100% for holiday packages.
- 20% for flight bookings.
- 30% for hotel bookings.
· Your registered mobile number gets linked to the TC Edge Reward program. To check your membership, login to https://edgerewards.thomascook.in/Login
· Redemption is applicable only for bookings made through Thomas Cook branches or the official online platform.
· Reward points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
· Points are subject to expiry as per Thomas Cook’s reward program policies.

· The Youth card offers 1,50,000+ discounts and offers across 60000+ Brands in 125+ countries on accommodation, food, entertainment, services, shopping, travel, etc.
· Eligibility- Age- 35 years and below
· This benefit is exclusively for the cardholder.
· Youth Card requests must be placed at least 7 days prior to the travel date.
· Redeem your free Youth Card by entering the first 8 digits of your EnterpriseFx Card in the voucher code section:

- Mastercard Cardholders: https://isic.co.in/campaign/thomas-cook-mastercard
· Alternatively, you can send your request to enterpriseFx@thomascook.in
· The digital EnterpriseFx card will be valid for one year. To renew the card, please contact ISIC Team

· A minimum forex card load value of USD 500 or equivalent is required to qualify for the free SIM card.
· E-SIM card requests must be placed at least 7 days prior to the travel date.
· To avail of this benefit, email your request to enterprisefx@thomascook.in with below documents:
- Copy of First & last pages of passport
- Visa copy
- E-Ticket copy.
This benefit is exclusively for the cardholder.
· CCardholders are entitled to one complimentary SIM Card per international departure from India for one country.
· To recharge the SIM please visit: https://recharge.matrix.in/

· Cardholders are entitled to one complimentary ATM withdrawal per calendar month.

· The month is defined as per the calendar and ends at 23:00 hours IST on the last day of the respective month.

· You are eligible for one replacement card for six months from the date of activation. Additional fees may apply if more than one card replacement is required. · To send your Card replacement request when abroad, email us at travelcards@thomascook.in
· The TAT of replacement of card is 12-15 days.
· If you are in India, kindly replace your card at the closest Thomas Cook branch or partner location.
