The most famous museum on the SeychellesIslands happens to be the National Museum of History in MaheIsland. Formed in the year 1964, the National Museum of History is responsible for the acquisition, preservation and finally the exhibition of various historical artefacts. Many of the items presented in the show include an old map that was drawn in the year 1517, the Stone of Possession along with the smallest statuette in the world of Queen Victoria.
