Yes! The Empress provides wheelchair access and facilities to guests.
Proficient health and safety measures are in place for guests to have a worry-free experience. It is mandatory for guests to have temperature checks and provide signed declarations. The ship crew also undergo regular checks. Sanitisation protocols are impeccably followed across cabins and common areas, air filters, coils and water supplies are checked regularly. There is also a 24x7 medical centre with qualified personnel and an isolation room.
Indian Rupees and US Dollar are the two accepted currencies on board. Once you embark, you will be given a key-card, that is a rechargeable card that you can put money into and swipe for all your spends. Any remaining value at the end of the cruise will be refunded back to you.
Packages do not include air fare and transfers to and from ship terminals, visa fare or travel insurance. Surcharges, shore excursions or on board purchases are not included either. Your package includes cabin fare, port taxes, meals and some of the entertainment and activities.
