Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium

Or popularly known as the Dharamsala stadium, this destination is on the bucket list for thousands of cricket fans out there. Surrounded by Himalayan ranges, the stadium is nestled between mountain peaks and rivers and arrives as one of the best places for a game of cricket. At an altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level, it is one of the highest cricket stadiums in India and has hosted one-day internationals, test matches and T20s. With a seating capacity of 23,000 visitors, the stadium is just a delight to sit and catch a cricket match.

How to Reach: It is easily accessible from Kangra airport, where it’s located just 8 kilometers away from the airport. Taxis and cabs run from Dharmsala and McLeodGunj and charge you approximately Rs. 300 to Rs. 500.

Approximate Cost: Free when there’s no match and priced when there are international matches happening. The price varies from one stand to another.
