Jim Corbett National Park In Kafniglaciers

The first ever Wildlife reserve in Mainland Asia was the JimCorbettNational Park. Originally called the Hailey’s Forest, later on the Ramganga Reserve and Finally as Jim Corbett National Park after a hunter turned conservationist, who wrote many stories on Indian wildlife. It is particularly focused on tiger conservation, but apart from tigers it also acts as a home to many other mammals as well as birds and reptiles.

 

The Valley of Flowers National Park is yet another place one must visit. Situated at a high altitude HimalayanValley the park is known to hold 300 different varieties of alpine flowers and is a favourite trekking destination.
