Although The Holy See (Vatican City State) is being popularly visited by the tourists throughout the year, the months of November to February are relatively quiet and comfortable to enjoy the popular tourist sites of this city. It is important to note that the museums and chapels are best visited in the morning as they close early in the evenings. And the Museum and the Sistine Chapel remains closed on the Sundays. The Vatican Museums offer free entry on the last Sunday of every month. On the Wednesday’s the Pope gives an audience to the general public.
