The nights in the highlands are quite cold. San’a as well as the mountainous regions experience frosty cold nights.
Since summers are quite hot and stuffy; you might want to visit the cooler reaches of the region. It is better to avoid both Aden and Tihama during summer months. Visit Tihama between November and February.
