This is a unique and incomplete monument that stands in its incomplete state till this day. The construction of this church was started in the year 1300 by bishop Erlendur. However could never finish building it and till today stands in that state. This cathedral is located on the island of Straymoy. This monument shows you the architectural talents of the medieval period.
