How to Reach kom ombo

By Rail

Rail is the best way to visit this temple city. One can board trains from Aswan and get off in Kom Ombo. The distance from the station and the temple is 10 mins only.

By Sea

If you want to really enjoy your journey then it is best to take a felucca cruise on the Nile which starts from Aswan and reach Kom Ombo.

By Air

Kom Ombo can be reached by Flights to Cairo international Airportwhich is located 835 kms but one can also opt for Aswan international Airport also because it is the nearest one from this place and it doesn’t have its own airstrip till now. The AIA is located 66.2kms and one can hire cabs to reach Kom Ombo, it nearly takes56mins approx to reach the destination.

By road
