La Digue In Seychelles

Have you ever imagined being stranded in paradise? This is how you may feel when you come to La Digue. With very few or almost no tourists, a laid back island at your disposal, no airports and just around 2000 inhabitants in the entire island La Digue provides the perfect ambience for a secluded gateway. It gives you the feel of going back to nature. There are no airports hence you have to reach this island through La Passe which is on the east coast of the island. The best way to commute within the island is on a bicycle as there are almost no motorized roads.

La Digue boasts of some of the best beaches of Seychelles including the Anse Source D’Argent, Grand Anse, Anse Cocos. Though La diguehas some of the most beautiful beaches most of them are not suitable for swimming. The famous ox carts are declining but if you are lucky enough you can sight one and enjoy a ride. The nature of the beaches vary from the shallow Anse Source D’Argent to the wild and beautiful Grand Anse. Grand Anse is a stunning beach for a sunbath.
