Do try the Sadya or the traditional vegetarian lunch where the number of dishes may vary from 16 to 6o. Rice plays a central role and the lunch ends with payasam. Up to 4 different types of payasams may be served at one lunch session. All the food is served on a banana leaf. Do check out the banana chips while you are there as well as the coconut cookies.
