Dolma In Azerbaijan

Piti soup is a wholesome dish and full of flavour. Dolma is a traditional dish made of minced meat with rice and flavoured with fennel, cinnamon and mint. Plov is a common dish but can be prepared in many ways. Qutab are pancakes which are stuffed with meat, pickled vegetables. Badambura is a pastry filled with cinnamon, sugar and nuts. Halva is a sweet dish a speciality of Sheki and absolutely heavenly. Caspian fish and smoked cheese is a mouth watering snack option. Black tea is a national drink and taken post meal.
