The Grand Place is one of the most delightful squares to be found in Europe and is considered as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Although it was initially built as a merchants market in the 13th century, it is presently known for hosting many concerts and social events. The striking building of Town Hall can be found inside the Grand Place.
