This is located at a distance of 52 kms from Almora and is present at a height of 1890 metres and a popular holiday destination. One can view around 400kms of snow peaked mountains from here like the peaks of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Chaukhamba, Trishul, Nanda devi, Nandghunti, Api, Panchachuli and Nampa.
