Landmark In Paris

The EiffelTower almost equated with the city of Paris is the most famous land mark in all of Europe. Notre Dame Cathedral allegedly the most impressive Gothic cathedral that was the inspiration for Victor Hugo's novel The Hunchback of Notre Dame is another famous landmark. One of the famous landmarks the Arc de Triomphe radiates splendour and presents a central view of the city. Catacombs that used to store the exhumed bones of about 6 million people from the overflowing Paris cemeteries are now an evident landmark of the city. Château de Versailles is another not-to-be missed landmark of the city. It is France's superb chateau on the whole, on the fringes of the city, easily visited by train.
