October – mid March is the best time to visit the city. The temperature remains low and the weather is very pleasant and cool. December and January months are usually cold.
April – May includes the hot summer months. The season is not very ideal for visit to the city.
During June – September the city experiences heavy monsoon rainfall. This period is not very suitable for visiting the city.
