These are the best months to visit Tabo. The weather is pleasant during the day and the nights are slightly chilly. Most roads are open at this time, especiallythe Rohtang Pass and the Kumzum La Pass, which are gateways to this region. Since Spiti Valley is mostly a desert, the rains are minimum at under 10mm a year and thus, will not hamper your sightseeing plans.
Due to heavy snowfall and extremely harsh weather, most of the valley is inaccessible during these months.
