By Air

Nubra Valley, located near Ladakh in India can be reached via air from outside the country. Leh Kushok Bakula Rinpoche Airport serves as the closest airport to Nubra Valley-Ladakh. This airport is connected to domestic airport of Delhi in India. Due to poor weather conditions, all flights operate from this airport at 7am. After reaching the Leh Airport, it is best to hop on a local bus or rent a jeep to reach Nubra Valley.

By Road

The road journey to Nubra Valley and Leh offers breathtaking experiences as the drive covers scenic landscape routes. But the road journey is a bit tiring and time consuming. The Manali-Leh Highway and Srinagar-Leh Highway are commonly used for the long communication. Local bus services are available within the towns.
