Another famous tourist spot in the city is Nehru Park. It is the oldest park in Indore which is also at the city centre. It is constructed by the Britishers; earlier it was known as Biscow Park and was open only to British before independence. However, after independence, it was re-named as Nehru Park. This park has many varieties of roses and offers facilities like swimming pool, library, children's hobby centre, a mini train, and battery-operated cars.
