This zoo is huge and houses different breeds of wildlife, including peacocks, tigers, lions, leopards and much more. A new safari area next door is planning to be built and the older animals will be relocated there and new animals are likely to be brought into the zoo.

This fort was built back in 1757 and is one of the top tourist places in the area. There is a moat that is dug around the fort to protect it and inside there is also a memorial for the many soldiers who died at the battle of Plassey.

If you are looking for a park that combines the cultural aspects with the spiritual, then this is the place to visit. You can watch puppet and magic shows and folk dances, yet you can also visit all of the gods in the area.

If you are into taking walks or just want to meander around different parks, then this is the place to go. Also, if you go to the park and want to sit down and read a book there is a library in the center of the park.

Many people in the Buddhist faith travel to this monument every year and this building was where the members of the faith used to be ordained. Here you will find a plaque that has all of the 22 vows that Dr. Ambedkar had undertaken while here.

This stone was put up by the British and it was the place they would measure the distances of the cities from. The milestone is made up of a sandstone pillar and 4 horses and the names of the cities are engraved on the stone with the old spellings.
