Summer (June,July & August)

July is the hottest season in Germany however the sea winds cool the land making the summers mild .It is also the wettest time of the year.

Temperature: These months experience an average temperature of around 11C° to 24° Celsius.

Weather: The temperature does not go very high as the sea winds cool the land. However, it gets quite humid around this time.

Autumn (September to November)

Temperature: As compared to summers the temperature starts to cool off. Still warm in September, October and November bring in dip in the mercury. The average temperature ranges from to Celsius.

Weather: Cold and Rainy.

Why you should visit now: It is the time to enjoy the winter sports of the year when Germany is mostbeautiful, vibrant with the colours of the fall. Harvest and Wine festivals underline the season especially around Rhine Valley and the Mosel. The famous Oktoberfest of Germany is held in end September in Munich. October marks the celebration of reunification of Germany at Bradenburg .Christmas Magic can be felt in the air as early as November .It is a good time for cheap travel deals

Winters- December to February (Off Season) January is Germany’s coldest month. 

There is severe snowfall in most of the cities and the conditions are pretty cold. Travelling may get difficult during this period.

Spring (March to May)

Weather: Weather turns a bit warm however, the weather at this time is unpredictable .I t can change from sunny to rainy or may also start to snow 

Why you should visit now: If you are a book lover you would not want to miss the Cologne Literature Festival and the Liepzig Book Fair. Frankfurt has the Frankfurt Spring Fair .Easter festivities are everywhere .Germanys biggest Spring Beer festival starts in May, The Fruhling Fest.
