Places to Visit in Miami


This is one of the most striking buildings resting on the Biscayne Boulevard. The Freedom Tower looks like a wedding cake. It was built in 1925 and is one of the oldest skyscrapers in Miami. It is also perceived as a tribute to the Cuban Immigration.

This is a hexagonal marble monument carrying a flickering torch within a small square. This was created in 1971 to honor the members of the brigade who lost their lives in Cuban Invasion.

This is a two storey home of George Merrick and was added with a frame cabin in 1906. The homestead is named after the coral rock construction and the gabled roof.It is a major tourist attraction site in Miami.

There are plenty of activities for your kids in Miami. For instance, the Miamizoo has more than 2000 animals roaming around in open spaces.In fact, your little one will love taking camel rides here. Apart from the animals, you can also take a look here at the orchid collection.

The Jungle Island is a bird sanctuary along with a botanical garden and a wildlife habitat. There are more than 1100 different species of bird residing inside a tropical forest setting.
